Getting your High end watch fixed is easy. Start by filling out this form.
After receiving your information, our WOSTEP Certified Watchmaker will contact you with an estimate. You can then request
a pre-paid and insured FedEx® shipping label. Simply wrap your watch in bubble wrap, pack it in a FedEx® box
(please do NOT send us your watch box) and drop it off at any FedEx® location. When we receive your watch, we’ll
contact you to confirm the original estimate. With your approval, we’ll fix your LUXURY watch and ship it back to you,
insured and free of charge, in one of our special zipped travel cases.


We’re happy to accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers check and bank wires.


We do not service counterfeit watches. If our master watchmaker determines that a watch is not authentic,
it will be returned to you immediately.


Luxury Watch Service warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

Luxury Watch Service warrants its serviced timepieces against defects in replacement materials and workmanship
for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of repair. If a defect exists during the time period
specified above, at its option, Luxury Watch Service will either (1) repair the product at no charge or
(2) refund the repair price of the product. The warranty for a replacement part
applies for 1 Year, starting on the date of the replacement. When a defective part is exchanged, any
replacement part becomes your property and the replaced part becomes the property of Luxury Watch Service.


This warranty applies to work performed by Luxury Watch Service only. The following are NOT covered by the warranty:
case, parts, crystals, winding and setting parts, or electric parts. Unless the timepiece is pressure certified by
Luxury Watch Service, water damage is not covered by this warranty. Further, water resistance does not mean that the gaskets
inside your watch will be safe from deterioration over time and Luxury Watch Service is not responsible for this deterioration.

This warranty does not apply:
(a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or products not covered by Luxury Watch Service;
(b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is
not authorized by Luxury Watch Service;
(c) to a product or a part that has been modified after overhaul or repairs done by Luxury Watch Service; or
(d) if any serial number has been removed or defaced.


When you contact Luxury Watch Service, you will be asked to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the
original receipt containing a description of the work done, and the appropriate serial number(s).
