ROLEX Watch Repair Estimate

Our SIMPLE NO-OBLIGATION Process
1.
You fill out a form with your name, number and brief description of your watch. Get Started >>
2.
Our WOSTEP Certified Watchmaker (Joe) will contact you with a preliminary watch repair estimate.
3.
If you approve the estimate, we will send you a pre-paid and insured FedEx shipping label.
4.
Drop off your watch at any FedEx® or FedEx® Office location and ask for a receipt.
5.
When we receive your watch, we’ll take a look at it and then contact you to confirm the original estimate.
6.

With your approval, we will repair your watch and ship it back to you fully insured in one of our special zipped travel cases.

If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will ship your watch back fully insured at no charge in one of our special zipped travel cases.

STEP 1: Completed.

STEP 2: Our WOSTEP Certified Watchmaker will review your submission and contact you with a preliminary repair estimate.

The call will come from area code 305 -389-0714

STEP 3: Once you’ve received your estimate, you can request your FREE UPS Insured label to be emailed
 to you so you can safely ship your valuable timepiece in for repair in a UPS box.

YOU WILL HAVE 10 DAYS to ship your fully insured watch in for a full FREE estimate. 

STEP 4: Please wrap your watch in bubble wrap to protect it — do not send your watch box. This is absolutely the
safest and the most convenient way to ship your watch in for repair. Your package will already have a prepaid UPS shipping label so all you will need to do is drop it off
at any UPS Office location and ask for a receipt. We will contact you either by email or by phone to let you
know that your watch has arrived safely.

STEP 5: Once our WOSTEP Certified Watchmaker has had a chance to inspect your watch and diagnose the problem(s),
we will contact you to confirm the estimate.

Please note that there is never a charge for the estimate. If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the repair,
Luxury Watch Service will ship your watch back fully insured at no charge in one of our special zipped travel cases.

STEP 6: With your approval, we will repair your watch and ship it back to you fully insured in one of our special zipped travel cases.
