The first thing to do if you are shipping a watch with the bracelet on is make sure to put a lot of bubble wrap between the case and the bracelet. This way they won’t rub against each other which would cause scratching and on a gold watch would scratch the gold.

Wrap your watch the bubble wrap until it is a size that will just about fill up the box one you will use two boxes to ship your watch so it will be DOUBLE boxed Place your watch  into the box ONE if it doesn’t fill the box to the top you may need to place a little bit more wrap under and on top like I did here. You don’t want it to be so tight that it is under a lot of pressure, but just tight enough that it won’t move around up, down or side to side while inside box ONE.

Place box one into the cardboard box two. Make sure that it fits snug into the cardboard box. This one had about a quarter inch of room to move in the box so I added some bubble wrap at the far end to keep it from moving around inside the cardboard box two.

Tape the box shut, add the FEDEX INSURED SHIPPING LABEL and you are ready to ship.

Take you package to a FEDEX Office or Kinkos , Walgreens location and ask for a RECEIPT very important for insurance.

Once Joseph, WOSTEP Rolex Certified Watchmaker, has had a chance to inspect your watch and diagnose the problem(s), he will contact you to provide a full free estimate.Please note that there is never a charge for the estimate. If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will ship your watch back fully insured at no charge in one of our special zipped travel cases.

With your approval, we will repair your watch and ship it back to you fully insured in one of our special zipped travel cases.
