My husband's Rolex Submariner that he has for 30 years needed to be repaired because the blue top had fallen and it needed also the service.With Mr Roth ,we are an excellent experience.We sent him a picture by sms .He answered the same day and he explained us how to send him the watch by Fedex .He prepared all the informations and the insurance , He informed us immediatly when he received it . Two days later , he sent us the estimate with a description of the services . The amount was very correct .
